 NEW HEBREW ROOTS INTERNET TELEVISION NETWORK TO BE LAUNCHED

We are honored tostand together and announce the formation of the Hebrew Roots Network. This exciting new network will feature 24-hour live streaming of our teachings along with children's programs, reports from Israel, interviews, worship, special Sabbath services, and other programs that will edify and encourage the Body of Messiah. Hebrew Roots Network is focused on revealing the ancient roots of our faith to the world through combining the latest technology with time tested teachers and the Spirit of the living Elohim.



Our programs will consist of a variety of topics that will support your walk with the God of Israel. This high quality programming will be presented in a loving manner that will surely bless your home. We will also have an exciting marketplace that will ultimately include live shows from markets and shops in Israel!



The anticipated launch date for the Internet television channel is January 1, 2012. Cable television partnerships will be added later. We announce this now for two reasons. First, we ask you to pray for this new venture and secondly to present you an opportunity to be involved financially.



Our hope for the funding of this Network is based upon the Tabernacle example where all of Israel brought what they already possessed for the building of the Tabernacle. The vision that has been given is to take the Word of God, from a Hebraic perspective, around the world and we would like to ask you to join with us so we can do exactly that. Because our window of opportunity for this ministry is immediate, our goal is to raise $100,000 by November 1, 2011 and a total of $300,000 by June 30, 2012. We are asking you to join a special Founders Tabernacle Team (FTT) made up of those who donate $1,000 or pledge $100 per month for at least one year before November 1, 2011. Those who donate $5,000 or more to this exciting work will be eligible for election to represent the FTT on the Network's Board of Directors. The FTT will elect a Board Member each year from the designated pool of FTT members. FTT members will also be given the opportunity to participate in upcoming ventures to expand and enhance the Network Ministry. Some of these ventures will include possible profit making endeavors. Due to these benefits, the FTT will be closed to new members on December 31, 2011.



Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated. We are doing what we can to bring stability and solid teaching to the Body of Messiah and we simply ask you to do what you can to support this effort. Through these founding donations we will be able to fund this exciting venture. We know that if Israel brings what offerings they can to this project, it will be more than enough.

 As we make our way towards Yom Kippur and The Feast of Tabernacles we want to thank everyone who has supported us with their donations, as well as their prayers. We are getting closer to the financial goal needed to launch on January 1st, 2012.
 Some of you have asked, how can we help spread the message of HRN? Please share the emails with friends, on Facebook, and Twitter. Tell everyone you know about the Hebrew Roots Network.

An Announcement from Hebrew Roots Productions

 
We are pleased to announce that Hebrew Roots Network has contracted with Hebrew Roots Productions for the overall operation of technical and management services of the network. We believe that it would be best if members supporting the network owned the company that provided those services. Therefore, we are letting network supporters know of an opportunity to invest in the company that we have contracted with.

 

Hebrew Roots Productions, a for-profit enterprise, will provide marketing, sales, and other production functions for the network on a contractual basis. To ensure financial propriety, transactions between the two entities will be “arms length” which should result in profits that will remain among the shareholders of Hebrew Roots Productions.
 
Hebrew Roots Productions is issuing a series of Preferred Stock along with its Common Stock. The preferred shareholders will be guaranteed a 3% annual dividend for years 2012 and 2013. At December 31, 2013 the Preferred Stock will convert to Common Stock on a share for share basis. Preferred shareholders will be eligible to vote equally with common shares and can serve on the board of directors if elected by a majority of shareholders at the annual meeting. In order to participate, it will require a minimum investment of $5,000. The number of Preferred Shareholders is limited to 20.
 
Common Stock is being issued to those who make an investment of at least $1000 in Hebrew Roots Productions.
 
For those who have already donated $1000 or more, the Network will purchase common or preferred stock in Hebrew Roots Productions in your name (preferred needs a minimum investment of $5000), at your request. This option must be initiated by the donor before December 1, 2011. For more information on how to exercise this option, or purchase stock, please send an email to

Obviously, any donation that is converted will not be eligible for a tax write off as a contribution since it is an investment in a for profit entity.
